Electronic Assembly Technician
Location: Alpharetta, Georgia
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our production team as an Electronic Assembly Technician. In this hands-on role, you'll help build precision components for advanced electronic systems, following established work instructions, schematics, and quality standards. If you're dependable, comfortable with small parts, and enjoy structured, technical work—this could be a great fit.
Pay Rate $20 to $21 per hour. Offer will be based on experience and interview results
Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30 – 4:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components using tools and equipment according to blueprints, technical specs, and verbal instructions
- Operate manual and semi-automated machinery to complete production tasks
- Perform visual inspections to ensure components meet product standards
- Accurately complete work documentation and update production records
- Assist in troubleshooting minor assembly-related issues
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support other production and shop-floor tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with standard manufacturing practices and safety protocols
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and written procedures
- Basic proficiency in math and the ability to interpret measurements using rulers and scales
- Skilled in using small hand tools, soldering equipment, and inspection instruments
- Strong attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working with color-coded parts and small intricate components
- Understanding of ESD (electrostatic discharge) handling practices
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role (preferred)
- Willingness to train and grow within a technical production setting
