PLC Technician 
Direct Hire Opening – Company Benefits, PTO, Holiday 401K  

Location:  Loveland, Colorado Area 

Position Overview: 
This individual will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the automation systems, specifically conveyors and automated equipment, including troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operations. The PLC Technician will ensure that the warehouse runs efficiently, with a focus on keeping  20 Allen Bradley PLCs up and running. This is a long-term, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and support the automation systems including conveyors, palletizing equipment, and pick-and-place machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLCs (Allen Bradley) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance for 20 PLC units.
  • Collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly and minimize downtime.
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance to PLCs and related equipment as needed.
  • Work on-site full-time at a large facility in the Loveland, CO area, primarily focused on warehouse automation

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience working with PLCs as a technician (Allen Bradley preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with automated systems, including conveyors and industrial equipment.
  • Ability to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for automated systems.
  • Good understanding of electrical systems, controls, and diagnostics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and the client.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with palletizing and pick-and-place systems.
  • Familiarity with additional automation technologies.
  • Proven experience in warehouse automation support
