Position Overview:

 As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in helping us meet t goals by leading operations within specific departments on the production floor. Your leadership will be key in fostering a safe, efficient, and engaged workplace focused on continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Identify root causes of safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Quality:
  • Ensure products meet  quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze quality trends; drive improvements to eliminate recurring issues.
  • Delivery:
  • Lead teams to meet daily and weekly production schedules.
  • Proactively manage resources and adjust to shifting priorities to maintain on-time delivery.
  • Productivity & Process Improvement:
  • Identify and eliminate waste to improve production efficiency.
  • Continuously improve processes to support increasing demand and operational excellence.
  • People Development:
  • Utilize Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to coach and grow team leads and operators.
  • Provide clear expectations and consistent feedback using praise and redirection as needed.
  • Promote employee engagement and career growth.
  • Leadership:
  • Support and embody company’s core values: Relationships, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Problem Solving.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards.
  • Willingness to take on additional duties or assist in other departments based on business needs.

Requirements:

 

  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting or a college degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Leadership
  • Proven track record of implementing sustainable changes and improvements
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Ability to work 2nd shift hours (3:00-11:30P.M.) to meet production and customer demands
  • Hands-on, action-oriented leader with a passion for problem solving and team development

  • Committed to completing New Leader Training 
  • Demonstrates and promotes company core values in all actions and decisions
  • Background and Drug Test will be required
