Project Manager – Capital Equipment Projects

Summary:
We’re looking for a Project Manager with a background managing engineering and manufacturing projects involving capital equipment and systems. As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project execution, including commercial and administrative requirements.
- Lead and coordinate engineering, design, and fabrication activities to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
- Review and interpret project specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and change management processes.
- Provide technical support and resolve project challenges.
- Develop and approve material requisitions and vendor selections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Engineering preferred, with a Master’s (M.S. or M.A.) as a plus.
- *Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience.
- Strong background in industrial fabrication, construction, or engineering disciplines.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, B31, AISC, ASTM, AWS, and OSHA.
- Experience in cryogenic gas processing or similar industries is a plus.

- Proficient in project management tools like Primavera P6, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more.
