Location: Remote Southeast Territory
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and lead efforts in generating new business within the electronics and engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with a marketing orientation and deep understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes. This role requires proactive client engagement, strategic proposal development, and collaboration with delivery and competency teams to bring innovative solutions to market.
Responsibilities:

Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories.

Develop, tailor, and present solution-based sales proposals to prospective clients.

Create and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with delivery and competency teams.

Participate in customer marketing events, trade shows, and industry conferences to generate leads and build relationships.

Establish and maintain strong industry relationships through thought leadership and networking.

Accurately qualify sales opportunities, aligning them with customer budget cycles and internal delivery capabilities.

Provide reliable sales forecasts and revenue projections to Sales Management.

Deliver a predictable sales pipeline, ensuring forecast accuracy and revenue growth.

Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client interactions; report weekly progress to management.

Stay informed on product training, updates, and support provided by represented manufacturers.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field with knowledge of engineering or electronics.

Minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in electronics or manufacturing sectors.

Demonstrated success in solution selling and building long-term client relationships.

Strong technical acumen related to design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Effective communicator with strong presentation and follow-up abilities.

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Ability to work independently and travel daily within assigned territory.
- Experience working with electronics manufacturing and design service providers is a plus.
