Sub-Assembly Technician
Location: Norcross, Georgia

We are seeking a skilled assembler to support the production of custom kiosk enclosures by integrating sub-assembly components and constructing wiring harnesses. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality assembly and efficient workflow within our production facility.

Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm. OT offered not mandatory
Pay rate: Starting at $17ph

Key Responsibilities:

  • Precisely install electrical and mechanical components within kiosk enclosures, following detailed assembly guidelines.
  • Assemble subcomponents according to production schedules, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve issues with assembled units returned from quality inspection.
  • Assist in developing and refining procedures for cabinet assembly and wiring.
  • Contribute to prototype development by assisting in the creation of wiring harnesses.
  • Participate in routine inventory checks to maintain accurate part counts.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support production efficiency.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prepare all necessary materials and components for efficient assembly operations.
  • Securely mount display screens into kiosk enclosures and prepare units per scheduling requirements.
  • Support inventory management by retrieving parts for production needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with wiring harness construction and electronic components.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, including wire cutters, crimpers, and power drills.
