Project Manager

Location: Traveling Role – Onsite at Construction site for 10-14 months and then move to next site.

Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading construction projects to ensure successful delivery of facilities that meet quality standards, schedule requirements, and budget expectations. This role manages project execution from planning through closeout while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
The Project Manager is also responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors while supporting overall project performance and company growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the project team in developing and managing the project schedule

Drive project tasks and coordinate stakeholders to meet critical milestones including design, procurement, construction, startup, commissioning, punch-list, and closeout

Manage construction progress to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget

Select, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors across multiple phases of the project

Work with the project team to develop and issue subcontracts and purchase orders

Identify project risks and develop contingency plans

Coordinate work and inputs from multiple project stakeholders

Support the Superintendent in project execution and site coordination

Ensure proper administration of construction contracts

Obtain necessary permits and licenses for project execution

Work with the project team to develop and manage the project budget

Maintain responsibility for the financial performance of the project

Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders

Manage project closeout including all required documentation and deliverables

Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience)

5+ years of experience managing or supporting construction projects

Experience managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) scopes within industrial or commercial construction environments

Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and contract administration

Experience coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment

Ability and willingness to travel and work on-site for extended project assignments (10–14 months)
