Maintenance Technician 

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Assemble, fabricate, and install machinery components and equipment.
  • Program and operate fabrication equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures.
  • Operate electrical hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

  • Previous Maintenance experience. 
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Strong competence in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience programming machinery.
  • Experience programming Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
  • Ability to troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
  • Knowledge of basic electrical/electronic circuits and wiring.
  • Welding experience is preferred. 
  • Experience testing electrical systems using diagnostic tools.
  • Experience with gearboxes and motors preferred.
