Powder Coating – Painter
We are seeking a Powder Coating Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience applying powder coatings to metal components. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a production setting.
Monday-Friday: 6:30am-2:30
Pay rate: $18. Offer based on experience and interview.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare metal surfaces for coating by cleaning, masking, and pre-treating as necessary
Operate powder coating spray equipment to ensure even, high-quality coverage
Conduct inspections to verify coating consistency and adherence to standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety guidelines
Assist with loading and unloading metal parts for the curing process
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of coating equipment
Requirements:
Prior experience in powder coating or a similar finishing process
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Familiarity with different powder coating materials and curing processes
