Production Quality Inspector
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Quality Inspector to perform final inspections on fully assembled units, sub-assemblies, and wire harnesses prior to shipment. This role ensures each product meets internal standards for functionality, accuracy, and appearance.

Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm. OT offered not mandatory
Pay rate: Starting at $18. Will be based on experience and interview results. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed units, including internal wiring, hardware, locks, and installed software.
  • Confirm proper installation and operation of key components such as motherboards.
  • Review and verify that all serial numbers are correctly recorded and match system documentation.
  • Perform checks on sub-assemblies and wiring harnesses for completeness and quality.
  • Record and report any production-related issues to appropriate teams.
  • Take responsibility for final product readiness as units move through quality control.
  • Log daily inspection findings and updates into internal QA tracking systems.
  • Assist with miscellaneous production-related tasks as needed.
  • Empowered to halt production processes when product quality concerns are identified, ensuring that no defective units proceed further down the line.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in electronics assembly, quality control, or a manufacturing-related role; experience in regulated industries (e.g., gaming, medical devices) a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
